Notation Conventions
Throughout this document the following notation is used:
- Material in square brackets [ ] represents an option which may be included or omitted at the user's choice.
- Material in braces { } indicates that a choice of the contents is to be made.
- Upper case letters must be present in the form indicated, if used.
- Lower case words represent generic quantities whose value must be supplied by the user. These may be names, integer amounts or alphameric literals.
- The order in which options are exercised on the various cards is not critical unless otherwise specified.
