Address = number of leading *'s, or 8's in pictorial.

Decrement = number of 8's, 9's, *'s, to the left of the real or implied decimal point in target pictorial.

Tag = TARGET-SIGN-CONVENTION

• = 0 if no sign
• = 1 if overpunch minus
• = 2 if overpunch plus
• = 3 if right minus
• = 4 if right plus
• = 5 if left minus
• = 6 if left plus
